QLC.dox is a web-based system for processing Letters of Credit (LC). Rather than dealing with the delays and extra effort involved with mailing hardcopies back and forth, with QLC.dox these issues can be addressed immediately online. QLC.dox consists of two applications, QLC.dox BackOffice (used by QLC and bank staff) and QLC.dox ClientAccess (used by you, the Customer). QLC.dox ClientAccess allows you to

check the status of your letters of credit at any time

provide supporting documentation

consult all available documentation at any time

exchange messages with other participants in the process

keep a history of all messages exchanged with other users relating to a particular letter of credit
